You're on a job. Your next customer just emailed.
QuickHoller answers your new web and email leads in minutes, day or night. It asks your questions, sends your booking link, and hands you a short summary. You do the selling.
The first shop to answer usually gets the job.
You can't answer email from under a sink or up on a roof. By the time you get back to the truck and call, a lot of people have already booked someone else.
QuickHoller covers that gap. It doesn't replace you. It holds the customer's attention until you can step in.
Three steps, every lead
Replies fast
A friendly email back within minutes of a web-form or email lead, any time of day.
Asks your questions
What's the job, where, and how soon. You pick the questions. It asks a couple at a time, never a long form.
Books and hands off
Sends your booking link and emails you a summary. Hit Reply on the alert and you're talking to the customer.
It books the conversation. You run the business.
These rules are built into the system and checked on every reply, not just written in a prompt.
- Never quotes prices, estimates, or "ballpark" numbers
- Never diagnoses a problem or gives repair or DIY advice
- Never promises arrival times, availability, warranties, or guarantees
- Never pretends to be a person. Every reply says it's an assistant
- Never texts anyone. Version 1 is email and web form only
If someone mentions a gas smell, smoke, sparks, or flooding, it sends a safety message to call 911 or their utility and alerts you right away.
Send a pretend plumber a real request
Valley Pipe Pros is a made-up plumbing company. Fill this out like a customer would, then check your inbox. The assistant usually replies in a minute or two.
- Reply to its email and the conversation keeps going
- Ask it for a price and watch it politely decline
- The booking link it sends goes to my real calendar. Like what you see? Grab a time.
Sent. Check your inbox.
Look for an email from Valley Pipe Pros Assistant in the next minute or two. Not there? Check spam or promotions. Then reply to it and see how it handles the conversation.
Three founding spots
I'm setting up my first three shops personally, at a founding rate, in exchange for honest feedback.
plus $500 one-time setup
- Up to 150 new leads a month
- Your questions, your booking link, your business name
- Email alerts on every lead. Hit Reply to reach the customer
- Setup and changes done for you
- 3-month minimum, then month to month
The math: for most shops, saving one job a month more than covers it.
No website form? I can give you a simple request page with your business name on it to share or link from Google.
Straight answers
Will my customers know it's not me?
Yes. Every reply is signed as your business's virtual assistant and says a team member will follow up. People mostly care that someone answered fast.
What if it says something wrong?
It's built to stay in a small lane: collect details and book. Prices, promises, and advice are blocked by checks that run on every reply. If a reply fails a check, a safe standard reply goes out and you get flagged. It can still make mistakes, so you stay in charge of every customer.
Where do leads come from?
Your website contact form, or any lead that lands in your email. If you don't have a form, I'll set you up with a hosted request page.
Does it answer phone calls or texts?
Not yet. Version 1 is email and web form. Missed-call answering is next, and texting comes after carrier registration.
What happens if I go over 150 leads?
The assistant pauses new replies for the month and tells you, so your costs never surprise you. We can raise your limit any time.
Let's see if it fits your shop
15 minutes. I'll ask how your leads come in and show you the demo. No pressure.
I'm Weller. I build and set up every assistant myself.
